Been a fan of the mod since the Canada update and finally got my full group of friends to play, there's four of us and while I know there's like the Midnight Union, Ncr, and Caesar's Legion for the obvious picks what are some nations that can team up with 3 to 4 people? We also are open to playing with submods.
