How do we feel about medieval/fantasy armor in fallout?
I'm trying to plot out my own submod, but I have found out that a lot of the designs and aesthetic i want i want come from fantasy stuff.
Is that to far or?
And that's why every Warden of the White nation always call their focuses "Operation: [BLANK}
Why aren't there super events in OWB like in other HOI4 mods
I don't know if this has been asked yet but I've just been curious.
"Another Day, Another Navarro Victory, Baby!"
A victory for Lance Morton is a victory for the NCR!
Great Khans of Bitter Springs
Hi! This is less about the current (defunct) Great Khans nation you can toggle in the menu, and more about a potential submod for them.
Would any of you guys be interested in such a nation rework? The Khans could go three ways the way I see it, either forgive the NCR for their past actions, ally with the legion for revenge, or a third independent path that would be considerably harder, considering they're basically a band of raiders.
But I think it'd be cool to have a sort of tug of war when it comes to political control, and you could swing the nation to side with Papa Khan, Regis, or even a non-descripy courier from the Rangers.
Thoughts? Ideas?
Who made the names for Passkeepers focuses and can I marry them?
Just found out what the focuses for the warden path of passkeepers are called, whoever named them has an amazing music taste and im suprised nobody glazed them for it yet.
First time
I was distracted and this happened. This mf always gets destroyed by the Old Country, but to think that it won so hard while I was playing as VC is so funny.
Some questions about Heaven's Guard play
I've started playing again after a little hiatus and was pleased to see some new Oregon/Idaho in the way of Heaven's Guard (formerly Gate). Played a run and had a fun time but struggled a bit and was wondering a few things in regards to strategy. For context I was playing the Steam engineers (intellectuals) path this time and am only passably good at HOI4 in general, so these are more specific to the nation.
- Is it best to rush High Chapel or wait until I build divisions? I notice at start you can't cover all border tiles and risk encirclement but have no clue if waiting too long just makes the fight even harder.
- Power armor or motorized/tank focuses? I know PA is more versatile but are the bonuses from the tree worth it for motorized divisions?
- Anything special about the terrain/area I should know beyond the winter and mud attrition values? My first Heaven's Gate playthrough blew chunks because I launched the war during midwinter. This last Guard playthrough I was lucky enough to remember that and made much better progress. Not sure about anything beyond that fact though.
- Any general tips and tricks that might benefit Heaven's Guard specifically. In regards to division types, decisions, construction, etc.
I'm posting this early for exposure but will be gone for work as soon as I do, so sorry for late responses. Thank you for any help you can provide.
