A non-existent Cool slush geyser

Can anyone help me with this weird issue? Drops of cold polluted water is showing up on a random place outside my base on the top right. I don't really know where it is coming from whether it is from the infinite storage of my cold polluted water bugging or the cool slush geyser that are both on the opposite side of my base. The mods i used are the pip plant overlay and show building ranges. If it can't be fixed then I can just use it I guess.

With the main problems done, (oxygen, food, cooling, and power), and capable of making steel and plastic.

Now what?

What are the late mid game stuff that needs to be done in order to achieve rocketry?

I'm at the state of thinking of what to do now that the timer is gone.

Actual Metal Refinery setup? Industrial Bricks? Vent Taming? Expansion?

What's the timeline of things to do after achieving complete sustainability? Thanks
