Anyone got 13M sitting around?

FFS all this argument about how we need density, and that the density not require any parking in favour of transit not expected for decades. Here we go again.

Developer gets everything they ask for INCLUDING approximatetly 19.5M in reduced Development Charges... IMMEDIATELY lists the property for sale. Not, hey industry lets partner and get this built, no, a straight disposition with the DC reductions advertised as a selling point.

That's an extra +/- 13M that will now be entered into the land aquisition line in the new owner's pro-forma, requiring them to come back later for more units.

Can't wait.
