Auto vs Ag

I am currently in the Ag world of Service Advising. I’m the only one at my dealership. Hourly pay is great (Low 30s). Only incentive pay is a small percentage of what the billed hours (we don’t get anything off of parts) are if and only if the efficiency and productivity of the entire shop reaches a certain level. So if I have 5 techs and one of them has a bad month I don’t get incentive. The flexibility is amazing for when I have things to take care of, it just feels like the big guys keep on building the bank while the guys on my level just watch it go by. How is the auto world different?

Spark(free version) vs Outlook

Just what the title says. The good, the bad, and the ugly. Syncing, notifications, ads )if any), easy of use?
