Talk me out of a Baja

Currently have a paid off, low mileage ‘17 crosstrek with all the starter off-road accessories. Skid plates, at tires, lift, etc. great car but the cargo space is seriously lacking for camping and home Reno supplies.

Always loved the Baja’s and feel like I would be utilizing the truck bed a decent amount and could be the off-road/adventure “beater” but man the high mileage of what is available out there scares me into thinking it will be a money pit or unreliable compared to my current car. I wouldn’t get rid of the trek.

For anyone with experience - what should I look out for? What are the common repairs that will need to be done? How is the off-road capability compared to the crosstrek?

How bad is this?

1950’s ranch house in the north east. had concrete stairs that we just removed. Looks like water was draining towards the foundation and this is the result… hope bad does it look and what do you think are the repair needs? TIA

Another dose question

Will be camping with a core group of friends. I have a bunch of .5 (33mg inside) capsules of APEs. In the past, I have had 1g of GT and another time 1g of yeti. Both times were fun, no real visuals, just exciting and fun. I’ve read that APEs are stronger so just trying to gauge my dosage. I’m thinking 2-3 capsules. Any input appreciated.
