Recently my neurologist prescribed me a dosage of sumitriptan injection. It's 1mg dosage and it seems to giving me absolutely no relief. Is it normal?

24M(4 years of chronic cluster enjoyer) Dude what the hell is this, it develops during peak cluster headache and it is so sore to touch that it triggers my headache in an instant. Like so fucking sensitive and painful its like having nerve come out at the surface. anyone else facing a similar issue.
Hey guys this is my first time writing mains and sadly my mains prep was not upto the mark prior to prelims. Now I'm struggling to finish the paper on time and getting demotivated.
I have given 8-9 FLTs. I have never written beyond 15 questions properly in 3 hrs. And generally end up with 1.5 essay done in 3hrs. Any guidance is appreciated.
I'm writing 3 4 answers everyday to boost up my prep. I want to give my personal best even though I know I'm pretty behind in the competition.

Like is my core economics weak or is the book really bad. There are so many questions which definitely have wrong answers and the solutions are definitely not upto the mark.
Pls do not buy this book like i did a month before exam atleast.
