Cortisol Rates Normal During AM Cortisol Test
Is it still possible that I have Cushing's despite the fact that my cortisol levels were unremarkable?

I haven't received a Cushings diagnosis yet, but they'll be testing me soon. My symptoms are as follows:
- Difficult to manage weight (despite diet and sport)
- Flushing in the face and forearms
- Rounded/Oval face
- Tired almost all the time
- Easy bruising
- Mood disorders already being treated
But I just wanted to know if anyone else gets red-hot warmth on their face, ears, or arms.
I've had this issue since I was around 11 years old, and I'm going on 19 now. Just about every evening, my cheeks, ears, and forearms get noticeably red, and they're hot to the touch. No bumps, just smooth and red hot.
It's not my top concern at the moment, but it's irritating, and I would like to figure out what it is sooner than later. My mom said it's Mast Cell Activation Syndrome, but I don't experience any other symptoms besides fatigue.
For reference, I am female and I take Zoloft, Effexor, and Concerta.
In the attached pictures, the marks on my arm are work related and the picture of my face is during a more minor flare up. The first image shows where I experience the redness.
Any ideas?
