EMERGENCY INHALERS

My dad has COPD and my biggest fear when it comes to SHTF or even just the disruptions we see in our supply chains, is him not being able to get his inhalers. I've had great success getting a stockpile of albuterol inhalers through online pharmacies. The problem is... those don't do that much for his lungs in terms of relief. Especially if he was to get sick. His everyday inhaler is Breztri and Airsupra. I've searched high and low for emergency wellness companies that would supply these and I cannot for the life of me find anyone. Does anyone know of any companies I could go through to order extras? Or if there's an alternative I maybe haven't thought of? I've got to imagine there are other preppers with lung conditions that worry about availability of their inhalers.

Stripping interior paint off a deck

My sister in law moved into a house that seemingly has interior paint on her outdoor deck. Before we started striping it, it was already peeling from 3 years of weather/use.
We first approached it with a power washer and that didn’t work super well and ended up breaking anyways. We have spent the remainder of the day hand scraping.
The actual deck is treated wood and the railing is untreated which is making it more difficult to get the paint off. A pressure washer wouldn’t even touch it.

Our plan tomorrow is to rent a random orbital floor sander from Home Depot and use a chemical stripper if necessary on the railings. We had chemical stripper as a backup and it didn’t work.

Is this a terrible plan? How do we get this paint off?? Nothing is seeming to work and I think we might just burn the whole deck down instead. Thanks :’)
