Any idea what this sound could be ? Engine was off and outta nowhere it started making this sound but it stopped after a few minutes (Chrysler 300s 2016)

I want to lower my 300 I’ve got 20s on the wheels, I don’t want the car super low just a good fitment. Would yall recommend springs or coils
