Guys, please tell me I’m not going crazy and you hear it, too. It’s a movie called Into the Mirror (2003) from South Korea. It was later remade as Mirrors with Kiefer Sutherland.
So in this scene… isn’t that the original Gothic theme almost 1:1?
Or did Gothic use samples that were widely available?

Hey guys, its a reupload of my Unofficial Fan Novelization of the Silent Hill 2 DLC "Born from a Wish".
I didn’t change any of the spoken dialogue from the DLC but added a few new ones, which I believed would fit Maria's character. There are also a few Easter Eggs to other games here and there, but nothing that would stop the flow of reading (hopefully). If you find anything that’s lore or continuity-breaking, please also let me know. I want this Novelization to be as respectful to the original vision of the creators as possible.

As SH2 always left a lot of room for speculation, I want to let you know that those events from the DLC are just based on my theories about what happened to Maria before she met James and what was going on in her mind. You might have a different perspective on things, and that's fine. This Fan Novelization is not the "Definitive" Version and doesn't deliver the "Definitive" Answers as to what happened in the mansion.
Its just my interpretation of things.
In the end, I just had fun writting it and I hope you have fun reading this small Fan Project.
