Never going back to W Onsen.
Tried W Onsen last week and had one of the worst spa experiences ever. The facilities are so run down that you won’t believe it just opened two months ago- broken and flooding showers, no shampoos and shower gels, and smelly jacuzzi. Crowd is also terrible - karamihan matatanda, chubbies or mga face card declined. Worse, tingin pa sila ng tingin lalo na’t small towels lang ang provided at maliwanag ang wet area.
Food is meh. Mas masarap pa sa carinderia namin dito sa kanto. Their free unlimited juice also tasted like unwashed feet.
The worst part is their massage. Bubulungan ka ng therapist at pag hindi ka pumayag, tatapusin agad massage mo at pipilitin ka pang magtip. Susundan ka talaga sa locker at pag nagcomplain ka, iguguilt trip ka.
Nung una hindi ako naniniwala sa mga nagbigay ng bad reviews dito, pero totoo nga na kasing garapal sila ng Hamada. I thought 27shaw finally had some competition, but nope. Never going back there.
