ARR March 2026 Quarterly Activities Report – Accelerating Halleck Creek Development American Rare Earths is pleased to share its Quarterly Activities Report for the period ended 31 March 2026.

During the quarter, the Company materially accelerated the development of its flagship Halleck Creek Rare Earths Project in Wyoming, progressing from technical evaluation toward execution within a U.S.-aligned mine-to-magnet development pathway.

Key milestones included defining a Wyoming-led pilot plant pathway to pre-production rare earth oxide, progressing the Pre-Feasibility Study toward completion in late Q3 2026, advancing oxide-to-metal studies for the heavy rare earth stream, and strengthening leadership and execution capability across the business.

The Company also maintained a strong cash position of A$24.8 million and continued advancing work toward a planned 2026 NASDAQ listing.
