From Jason Alexander (one of the best in the tiki scene)

• 3/4oz lime
• 1 1/2oz grapefruit
• 1/2oz orgeat
• 1/2oz cinnamon syrup (I use Darcy O'Neill's recipe with homemade extract)
• 1/2oz falernum
• 1/2oz allspice dram
• 1 1/2oz OFTD
• 1 1/2oz Dark Jamaican (Coruba in my case)

• 1/2oz lime
• 1/2oz grapefruit
• 1/2oz cinnamon syrup
• 1/2oz falernum
• 1oz Lemonhart 151
• 3/4oz Appleton 12
• 3/4oz Planteray 5 Year
• 1 dash Elamakule tiki bitters
• 1 dash Pernod
• 5 drops saline

The wash line isn't great, these glasses are huge 😅

A slight variation on the same drink from Tropical Standard, we add orange blossom water and tiki bitters to ours for a more floral, spiced version

* 1/2oz lime juice

* 1/2oz passionfruit syrup

* 1oz grapefruit juice

* 1/2oz Licor 43

* 1oz Averna

* 1oz Bourbon

* 3/4oz fresh lime

* 2/3oz fresh grapefruit

* 1/3oz cinnamon syrup

* 1/2oz passion fruit syrup

* 3/4oz Giffard Banana liqueur

* 2oz Planteray Stiggin's Fancy

* 1oz (30mL) fresh lime juice

* 3/4oz (22.5mL) cinnamon syrup

* 3/4oz (22.5mL) fresh pineapple juice

* 3/4oz (22.5mL) Planteray Stiggin's Fancy

* 3/4oz (22.5mL) Appleton Estate Signature

* 3/4oz (22.5mL) Planteray OFTD

* 1 dash of Angostura bitters

I think I did my metric conversions right 😅

Got all this done in about a month. Used to be white concrete foundation walls and now it's a little slice of tropical paradise. Still have many things I want to add to it, but version 1.0 is at least done
