Submitted support ticket 3 weeks ago, is it just time to move on?
I’ve heard the complaints about Mammotion’s customer service. I submitted a ticket 3 weeks ago because my mower and RTK will not communicate. I ask customer service for an update and they assure me that I will receive an email from technical support, but still nothing… At this point, I’m willing to move on with another bot and spend $3k worth of my time encouraging others to avoid Mammotion…
