I want to start a cottage bakery in NJ, but im not sure if I can make the muffins I want. The baked goods list says muffins are acceptable, but when you look at the prohibited ingredients list it says I'm not allowed to use fresh fruit? That would be very limiting. I need help interpreting this 😫
