This printer is really starting to stress me out. I'm trying to relevel my bed after installing a new heating element and nozzle, but the motors keep trying to drive the nozzle into the new bed and I don't know how to fix it

I've been trying to figure out why my prints won't stick and why my bed is never leveled. I've tried the paper method. I've tried the eyeball method. I took apart underneath the heating bed and discovered my y-axis carriage was warped so I set it under something heavy for a few days and let it flatten now instead of my print bed being unleveled it doesn't stop wobbling. Does anyone have any advice on how to fix this?
