how do I go about getting into humanitarian missions/opportunities?

I used to work with this SSgt who was in Cyber who was just about ALWAYS on TDYs doing humanitarian aids across the globe. He somehow went to Japan when the earthquake/tsunami hit, he went to Florida when there was a massive hurricane, search and rescues when a kid or two was missing, and a bunch of other crises. I'd ask him he got into those, and he was like "IDK I just go."

is there like an actual process for these things, or do I also "just go" and help out? I know there's things out there to help out with, I just don't know how to go about doing it. Plus I'm sure a lot of these events is done by guard/reserves but this dude was active duty

Those that popped negative, and were cleared by the Dr, did y'all still use any sort of protection the first few times?

I got the all clear yesterday from the Dr. Obv my wife and I are happy with the negative results. However, she's still scared to try and have sex. Only because she still thinks that she's somehow going to get pregnant, and thats what scaring her the most. I tried to reassure her that we'll be fine, I can still wrap it up if she wants me to, my pullout game is strong af, and that we'll be fine. Obviously I'm not gonna pressure her into it, but at the same time I want her to be able to enjoy having sex again without worying that she's going to get pregnant
