I was having trouble connecting to the VPN this morning and after a few failed attempts I removed the app and reinstalled. But doing so actually removed the vpn section altogether and now I have no way of getting it back. Anyone know how to fix this?

I’ll be honest I’m not too familiar with home networking but I recently moved to a new apartment and the Ethernet ports in the living room look like this. Is there a way I can remove covers and install the ports?
I fly out tomorrow and was slowly starting to feel more confident but after seeing the news about that frontier flight I’m freaking out again :(
I want to preface that I used to have no problem flying and this is feeling of dread and being scared rally started last year. I'm flying from DTW - LAS for a work trip and am super worried. Turbulence gets me nervous too even though I know its just like a bumpy ride I still dread it. I also worry cause I'm flying separate from all my co workers and that has me anxious for some reason. My flight is at noon so is turbulence bad at that time especially going into Vegas?
Also I noticed all flights up until now for that time is an Airbus but the day I fly its switched to a Boeing 757. Idk why but it makes me nervous its a new plane.
I'm just looking for some reassurance 😞
