Made a big shine mod on my own

So yeah I had a burst of motivation to create random mods on Melee today, so I spent two and a half hours tryna make this stupid mod work because I have really basic understanding of HSDRaw.

But anyways I'm pretty proud of what I have done, even if it's a really simple project I didn't watched any tutorials or read any posts online explaining how to mod something like that.

It was really tedious to make, so enjoy all the random files and ISOs I had to make to get this goddamn mod to work (actually I don't think it's a looot, I guess when you work on REAL Melee mods you have like a billion files around and everything.) ((and yeah the files are in french because I'm french))

It’s so fucking over

Sports therapist said my thumb will never be as strong as it was. Multiple partial ligament tears and moderate stretching in ligaments. Surgeon more optimistic, but not confident.

Jiggs 2nd

Is there any real reason besides that Jiggs hasnt had as many reps that she isnt #2 on the tierlist above marth? The only thing I can think of is marth being better against fox (trust me I know thats important) but marth also has weird matchups with like yoshi, pika, and link. Besides fox, puff just has a better mu spread. Is it that big of a contributing factor? Thoughts?

What is the best Up B in the game - IGNORING how good it is for recovering?

Example, Marth can use up-b as a combo finisher/strong OOS option, puff's can setup rests, bowser can use it as a fast OOS option/kill move, DK uses his frequently for edgeguarding, yoshi has a strong projectile, etc etc
