Hey guys, it's GimR from VGBootCamp! As YouTube streaming becomes more popular we've been experimenting with its more robust features. One of those being the thumbnails, and the ability to changes them mid stream. For Melee Top 8, we swapped out thumbnails based on the matchup. So if it was Hbox vs. Cody it said "HBox vs. Cody" on the thumbnail and had their characters.
So my question to you is:as a viewer, did you notice this, and do you believe it made you more likely to click into the stream vs. the static template we've been using that shows all the players in the top 8 (but much smaller pictures of their characters). Let me know!
In light of some of the craziness going on lately, I thought it would be fun to share this playlist with the sets Mango and Zain played a week prior to Summit 11. Not many people have seen these that I know of so again, I thought it would be fun to share this, which I think is pretty significant since it was right before the historic Summit 11. Anyway, enjoy!
Title. Is there a guide somewhere? A good falco that mixes up his laser and approaches seems truly very difficult to beat. Is there some guide for how I should be taking lasers or some other bright ideas? Usually I can just intuit a matchup but this feels unbearable even at mid level of play.
im a gold 3 jigglypuff main thats been playing the game for about a year now and i find my hardest matches are against falcos. With their intense laser spam and dair spam its hard for me to get grabs or hit em with my aerials. Pls help me

Cody easily could've DQed from CEO due to having food poisoning, which probably would've killed a lot of hype for the event.
Instead he opted to play, which gave us a hype Game 15 Grand Finals between him and Hbox (As it turns out, flu game Cody is still one of the best players in the world).
He's a real one for that.
As a former player who has been out of the scene since ~2017 but still follow it, it’s mind boggling to me that it’s even a question if z jump is cheating or not. So many of the controller mods seem like blatant cheating to me.
The boxx? Blatant cheating. Game should be played on GameCube controllers. Boxx was meant to be a disability aid and Hax$ wanted it to be as strong or weaker than a GameCube controllers.
Can someone help me understand why people are defending this??
