With summer quickly approaching and some unreasonably hot temperatures coming I thought it was a good time for a reminder! While ice packs do help in many cases during shipping, they are not a guarantee. Most times when weather (hot or cold) becomes detrimental to our types of packages it is after it has been delivered. Typically while it's being shipped it stays on the move in warehouses and vehicles. Once it's delivered on a porch or in an outdoor mailbox is when the long term exposure to the elements tends to take a toll. My goal is always to make sure every customer gets the quality product they paid for. So please be aware of when your packages will be arriving and do your best to plan accordingly if there happens to be any type of extreme weather occurring.
