8/14/26 Lineup | Sssale's Ssslider Sssends Sssneks Ssslithering
Austin Riley since America's 250th birthday (34 G, 122 ABs): .270 AVG, .825 OPS, 125 wRC+, .221 ISO, 50.7% HardHit%, 21.3% Barrel%
The one glaring issue is still the high strikeout rate (35.6% K% in those splits) and he's had some good BABIP luck (.382), but man is he hitting the cover off the ball when he connects. I hope this recent run doesn't rush us to bump him up in the order, like we did for a few games in late July. I think he's getting pretty comfortable in that 7/8 hole and this version of Riley is really giving the lineup some length.
His numbers from just this month are even better (11G, 37 ABs): .351 AVG, 1.078 OPS, 186 wRC+, .351 ISO, 57.7% HardHit%, 30.0% Barrel%. But I prefer looking at the larger month-plus long sample size. Just a massive improvement from the first half of the season.

Did the latest KB5095093 update allow anyone to resolve the perpetually growing CapabilityAccessManager.db-wal file?
Apparently this has been an issue for some people for months now, but I only just noticed this runaway file a few days ago when my laptop got crazy low on available storage (< 300 MB). I was able to delete some things to free up space and give my computer some breathing room, but this CapabilityAccessManager.db-wal file is still growing by about 250 MB each day.
Today's update was supposed to be the surefire fix, but after checking the file size in powershell, it is still growing continuously. And I would've assumed an actual fix would have reclaimed that space, but mine is still around 63 GB. Just curious if anyone had some actual luck with the update concerning this issue.
