Thanks for residents for sending in your pins. Some patterns are already emerging. Request everyone to keep reporting to help each other out.

Thanks for everyone who contributed yesterday. We have >150 crowdsourced location reports for waterlogging in Gurgaon. We are aiming to hit 1000 so that we can go to the CM office, MCG etc with this recurring problem.
Please update more locations at: https://floodwatchgurgaon.in/
I am attaching some views and analysis from the data captured. Hoping to get an even richer dataset.
Thanks

Hi Gurgaon. A few of us have been raising the issue of persistent waterlogging in Gurgaon each year with MCG, GMDA and the CM office. While they engage us, nothing actionable has come out. We realized that they will only respond with some action if they see strength in numbers - the fact that everyone in Gurgaon is impacted by waterlogging.
We are aiming to collect 1000 waterlogging reports to take to the CM office. No login/ phone number required. It just takes 5 seconds.
We collected a lot of info in the last year and also did research on the topic and have put all the info in one website. This includes:
- A map of all marked waterlogging hotspots by MCG so that you can avoid them
- Feature to report your waterlogging point using a “pin drop”
- List of people to contact in your area as per latest govt report
- Other important information
We got good feedback on the website from this community and have updated the site based on that. Looking forward to your support. Every bit helps.
