What is BEST ATS for a small Tech Agency? Demo'd so many from Bullhorn to Loxo to Crelate. None of these seem to have the power of search and automated resume preview/edit. Todays ATS all sell AI and connected apps, which is unnecessary if the cross client-job-candidate search engine is superior. Would LOVE to hear any success stories.
