Reflux baby 3mos in need of some advice

I have been struggling with my 3 month old with reflux since day one. First we breastfed and due to some things I made the hard decision to switch to formula. I started with similac 360 she would spit up so much and had very bad constipation so we switched to similac total comfort. That worked for a bit but the spitting up got progressively worse. She was projectile spitting up and damn near her whole bottle. I burp her every oz hold her up for 15-20 mins after each feed and it still didn’t work. Finally her pediatrician recommended enfamil AR which helped a bit but not with the spitting up it was clearly uncomfortable for her. We went to the pediatrician last week and they recommended Flamotidine. I really didn’t want to do it as the side effects are disturbing to me. I asked her about her about her very clear lip tie which dr responded that is a myth and doesn’t exist. Mind you, I picked her pediatrician because she is also a lactation consultant. Anyway, I mentioned a cows milk intolerance she said no because there would be blood or mucus in her stool which there is not. I also asked about a complete diary intolerance and she said that she didn’t want to change her formula again which I understand. I asked her if there’s anything we can do besides this medicine and she said this was my only option. I have been giving it to her now for a week and now it’s to the point where my baby is turning “colic” because no dr will listen to me or try to figure out what is wrong with my daughter. I’m seeking advice any at all. Do I need to get a second opinion ? Am I needing to try different bottles? I just don’t know what to do anymore. There’s underlying issues here and I do not want to give my three month old medicine every night just doesn’t sit right w me. Please help. Hope this makes sense lol
