Cut my foot at the bar, took off the bandage today and it looks worse. Should I goto the walk in clinic?

I am 35f, social drinker and daily stoner, 5’9” 153 lbs. taking busiprone daily for anxiety, and this cut happened about 4 days ago. I was drinking at the bar and didn’t notice the cut on my foot until the next day. It scabbed over really well, and about 48 hours after the event I had my partner clean it up and cover it with a hydro colloid bandage.

This morning, I woke up and asked my partner to change the bandage, and I think we reopened the Wound. I am scared to go to the walk-in clinic for obvious reason reasons regarding finances. So I was thinking about putting butterfly bandages over it before the hydrocolloid this time to make sure that I don’t reopen it the next time I change the bandage.

I am mostly curious from professional help about if this is worth going into the walk-in clinic, and if it’s likely, I’ll need stitches. I understand that foot injuries are hard to care for because of how hard they are to keep clean. I am lucky to have time off to stay off of it for the time being.

It does not feel infected, it is not itchy or red outside of the Wound area that I can tell. And it’s not burning, I just feel a lot of pressure in it when it’s not raised.

Thank you.
