Hassan O. Haji, 24, pleaded not guilty Tuesday afternoon to a charge of second-degree murder. He’s accused of stabbing Deng Dau, 24, a single time in the groin during a fight that also involved a third young man, who has not been charged.

I don't care what your politics are, I know the majority on here are on the left. For ANYONE on the right, we have two shit sandwiches to choose from. Please ask yourself if we need another 20 years of a Graham in office. It's time for change, not Annie Andrews change, but my goodness we cannot vote this woman in. Holy smokes maybe I've just been out of school for too long but we just received this years school schedule for the kids. Is a 10am lunch time normal? Do all schools eat this early or is it strictly Lex 1? 10am?

The South Carolina State Election Commission (SEC) has completed its review of South Carolina election law regarding voter eligibility for the August 11 Special Republican Primary.
Based on that review, voters who participated in the June Democratic Primary are not eligible to vote in the August 11 Special Republican Primary. Voters who participated in the June Republican Primary, or who did not vote in either party's June primary, are eligible to vote in the August 11 Special Republican Primary.
The Commission's determination is based on the requirements of South Carolina election law governing voter participation in political party primaries.
