Buddie neighbors fic

Hi everyone.

I read this fic a while way and unfortunately i cannot find it. It’s where buck and Eddie are neighbors. They are able to look inside of each other’s apartments. Eddie keeps trying to get bucks attention. I think there was a part where Eddie is where short shorts. If anyone can help locate, I’d really appreciate it.

Ana and Eddie/ Tommy and buck

Looking back, why do you think they broke up Ana and Eddie? Like, on paper she was the perfect “wife” for Eddie? Why do you guys Eddie never was able to pass that hump. Of being in love *and* loving Ana. Their breakup scene works so well because it directly confronts that disconnect. Ana telling him, *”You’re not gonna pass out or anything, right? Your heart rate is not going up? I don’t want you to panic when you think about me. Or when you think about a future with me. I can’t take that,”* forces Eddie to acknowledge that even the idea of a future with her filled him with anxiety rather than certainty. And Eddie’s response *”I thought it would work. I did. The idea of us. Chris loves you so much. I just thought…”*followed by Ana finishing with, “That eventually you would, too?” is probably one of the clearest articulations of Eddie’s character the show has ever given. He loved the idea of loving Ana more than he actually loved her. Even post Ana, Marisol was again indirectly because of Christopher. In season 6 we see this. The family expectations, especially through pepa encouraging the setup. Christopher being involved in all of it. But then, when eddie is told about the date, Eddie immediately responds with “marriage”. That’s another thing I’ve notice with Eddie. His mind always goes to marriage. It’s like Eddie consistently tries to build the “right” life before fully understanding what he actually wants emotionally.

With Buck and Tommy, I’ve always wondered at what point Tommy began to realize or at least suspect that Eddie and bucks “relationship” extended beyond a best friendship. Another question I have, was Tommy courting Eddie in 7x04? We see them hanging out almost on a regular basis for 2 weeks. Playing basketball. Tommy flying Eddie to Vegas. Going to a bar and karaoke. Tommy being at eddies house frequently. *”According to Christopher, he's
already been over three times. Eddie just met the guy,
like, two weeks ago. Christopher thinks he's "so cool."*. Buck then accuses Tommy of lying to christopjsr about which Star Wars movie is better. “*I mean, maybe it's just me. I don't think you lie to a child just to ingratiate yourself.”*. Going back to Tommy thinking Eddie and buck might be something more. To me, i think there are several moments that almost read as Tommy secretly? Asking himself snd even buck the question. Looking back, their first kiss scene in 7x04. With Tommy saying that Eddie is allowed to have more than *one friend* and saying that he would never replace buck in Christopher’s life. Another instance is Tommy gifting the basketball tickets for their anniversary. It felt less like a casual gift and more like an intentional attempt to gauge Buck’s reaction. Immediately after Buck opens the gift, Tommy says “and you can *even take Eddie if you want*. That’s also why Tommy wanting to “try again” once the “competition” was gone is so interesting to me post their break up and in 8x11. What I still find myself questioning is what Tommy realistically expected would happen once Eddie and Christopher moved back to Los Angeles. Because if Eddie’s being gone and 800 miles away created enough *emotional distance* for Tommy to reconsider the relationship, Eddie returning would inevitably reintroduce essentially the same issue. As to why Tommy initially broke up with buck. *”im not your last. I'm your first. If I were to move in with you, you wouldn't mean to, you wouldn't plan for it... but you'd end up breaking my heart”*. So it’s like, he *knew in this moment*… then buck in 8x11 makes the accusation of Tommy thinking that buck was “emotionally cheating on him”… so if Tommy thinks buck was emotionally cheating on him. Thinks that Eddie is gay and thinks buck is in love with Eddie without buck realizing it himself. Why go back. Am i just dumb here.

We are about to be 10 seasons in. There have been so many ups and downs throughout the seasons. I would like to know how you would rank the seasons and your favorite and worst storylines.

For me, I’m also ranking by their mid seasons. You don’t need to. i would do 9a, 7b, 6a, 6b, 5b, 7a, 8a, s1 (as a whole) 5a, 9b (so far), 8b, 4a, 4b, 2b, 2a, 3b, 3a.

My favorite moment/storyline is getting bisexual buck on our screen.

My worst or least storyline was the space arc/bobby arc.

Hi everyone. I read this one buddie fic and unfortunately I can’t seem to find it. It was the 118 pulling up to a car accident. It was a mom and daughter inside. The mom dies and the daughter ends up staying with buck. Eddie and Christopher also then join in. Eddie and buck end up fostering her. Towards the end, they find her grandparents and she moves away.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
