Frustration

Hi, I've posted many times (sorry) I realize chat is experimental, but if it's possible to have someone banned from chat for no other reason then you won a close high stakes hand, or because they just don't like your playing style it's frustrating, also I've been banned & reinstated 6-7 times for a week for repeat violations which weren't violations!

Thanks for the game & any help you may provide!
