Smart casual for the office?

Starting a new job that does not have an official dress code - my new line manager says ‘smart casual is fine’

Role is office based (so not client facing) operations at a logistics company

Given the temperature in the UK I don’t really want to wear my usual shirt and 3/4 or jumper combo.

Other options for this one:
- Tuck the T-shirt in
- Wear boots instead of trainers
