Update on my previous post about TANCHJIM BUNNY DSP's cable issue.

Previous Post Link : https://www.reddit.com/r/Iemkerala/s/h2N6O9lkU1

So after i got my IEMs back from ConceptKart saying it's the cable's issue that the right iem is not working, i swapped the the iems from left to right and right to left and still the issue remained. I genuinely thought that it's was iem's issue. That's why i posted "ConceptKart cancelled my warranty claim on my iem"(previous post)

But after sometime i remembered that, my friend got a Moondrop chu 2 3.5mm version. Then i went to him and connected moondrop chu 2's cable and then both right and left iems where working properly. So IT WAS THE CABLE'S ISSUE ALL ALONG😭

so now i'm thinking to buy a new tanchjim bunny dsp cable. But i'm confused to buy from which website.

THE AUDIO STORE or CONCEPTKART itself?

Cuz i'm actually kinda scared to buy anything from ConceptKart and after hearing countless problems about conceptkart from other people too

The price is same in both websites. So from where should i buy the new cable from? Also I can't find anything on the cable warranty if i buy a new cable. Can y'all help me with this?

Concept Kart cancelled my warranty claim saying it's the "cable issue"

Original Post Link : https://www.reddit.com/r/Iemkerala/s/h7OTQCc8lL

So i've submitted a warranty claim because my TANCHJIM BUNNY DSP stopped working after 8 months. The left ear iem was working fine while the right one was completely dead. I tried to interchange the iems from left to right and right to left and still it's only one iem that's not working. So after i submitted the claim, they scheduled the pickup of the iem and and i returned it for them to check.

After 2 days i got the mail from them saying it's the cable that has issue, not the iem and they sent my iem back to me today. Even after getting the iem i tried interchanging the iems from left to right and right to left and still the issue remains...only one iem is working.

If it's genuinely a cable issue, i dont have any problem to replace the cable and buy a new cable. But I don't think it's the cable issue, cuz even after interchanging the iems, one is working completely fine and the other is still dead. If it's not a cable issue, I don't want to waste money on a new cable.

I still got no idea what to do, i've been calling constantly calling conceptkart through their customer care number and still they are not picking up the call.

Can y'all tell me what should i do next, should i just buy the new cable and test it ( i still don't think it'll work tho)

My TANCHJIM BUNNY DSP Stopped working on the right side after exactly 8 months.

I bought my TANCHJIM BUNNY DSP from ConceptKart on December 2nd 2025. I really loved using it due to the audio quality. it's been 8 months since i started using it.

About two weeks ago, I noticed that the microphone stopped working completely. Since I rarely use the microphone, I did not mind it at that time and continued using the IEM as usual. Because the both left and right earpieces were working fine.

However, today, while I was watching a video, the right earpiece suddenly stopped working completely. The left earpiece continues to function normally, but the right side is now completely silent.

I tried swapping the left earpiece to the right earpiece and right earpiece to the left to know if it was a cable issue or not. But the cable is working fine. So it's the right earpiece that's not working.

So can i get a warranty on this? or any fix? Like can i get to buy the earpieces only without changing the cable?

PLEASE HELP ME TO FIX THIS OR HELP ME TO GET THE WARRANTY PROCESS ATLEAST🙏
