Am I missing something with Aspect of Sky Power?

So I'm making a Thrash build, right? Not very optimized, but can do decent damage in T6, with the damage being bumped up when I trigger Aspect of Plains Power, giving me a good boost depending on my Ferocity stacks.

The only issue is, it stays in one place while Thrash, as a Mobility skill, forces me to move around. On bosses, it's not too bad of an issue, but against crowds, it's very annoying to do consistently. So, I looked through the other Circles to see if there was anything that could help.

Enter Aspect of Sky Power. While reading it, I thought it empowered the Circle to move with me if I used an Eagle skill. Alright, no problem, just grab a Harmony and put my Halls as Eagle and something else. It did nothing.

Upon re-reading the skill, I then figured it empowered Eagle skills to move with me. Swapped my skills a bit and...no noticeable difference.

So basically, can someone please tell me if I'm just stupid or if it's bugged or something? I can't figure out what this bloody thing is supposed to do.

Would Sickfoot's Aspect be decent on a Rabies build?

Basically I'm doing Werebear Rabies and sitting decently comfortably in T10 with my current setup. Since I don't have LoH, I can't expect Talisman's or Charms to suddenly boost my power into T11 or T12. So I started looking through the Codex to see if I'm missing any aspects. Turns out, I'm missing 1 or 2 in each category, Sickfoot's being one of them. (Same with Glynn's Anvil, for whatever reason I can't find it on ANY piece of equipment no matter how much I gamble or use the Den)

Reading it, it seems like it increases how fast your DoT ticks down as well as your movement speed, depending on how many enemies you have DoT on them. Admittedly, Rabies can only spread one at a time because I have the Superinfection Variant, but I figured it could help speed things up a tiny bit in crowds and during boss fights.

I can't really test it because, again, I don't have it yet. So I figured I'd ask the experts to see if Sickfoot's is worth using or if it's just better off using a Utility on Legendary boots, or even just Wildheart Boots.

EDIT: Typo

Poison orDoT tempers for Rabies Druid?

Yo, I'm doing a Rabies build for Druid and I'm stuck wondering which is better to go all out on for rings, weapons, gloves, etc. I currently have a mix of both on my gear and I'm doing fine, but I'm not sure which is better to focus on overall.

A friend of mine said DoT tempers give the bigger number, but is addictive and Poison is multiplicative and gives more bang for my buck. Not sure if it's true, cause these tempers don't have the [+] [x] next to them.

Any info is appreciated!

So, I'm by no means an expert or a professional for Necro, BUT I think I stumbled upon something either insanely good or insanely mid.

We can all agree that Minions turning into Skills are a good thing right? Allows them to synergize with certain aspects a bit easier and makes them a lot better to use. What this also did was allow synergies between certain Uniques as well, Bloodless Scream being one of them.

For those that don't know what Bloodless Scream does (which I don't blame you, before LoH, it was shit) it allows your Darkness Skills to cause Chill and do up to 250% increased damage to frozen enemies or bosses. It also fears and freezes enemies for a bit once you damage enemies every 800 times, but that's not what we're here for.

From my admittedly limited testing, this jumped me from T4 to T6 from JUST the damage boost alone. Once I got enough Paragon Points, I paired it with the Withered Legendary Node for ANOTHER potential 300% for Shadow Damage and, whilst it only triggers 20% of the time, it still bumped me up to T7.

I also tested different Legendary weapons to see if it is Bloodless Scream. I tried a one handed weapon with an off hand, I tried a Legendary two handed with Aspect of Reanimation. I tried whatever I could with my limited resources. And Bloodless Scream DOES seem to be a MASSIVE DPS increase for our undead friends.

Is it BiS? Probably not. Is it good? I have no clue, I only joined mid Season 9, so I'm not as experienced with Necro as you all probably are. But it is fun to freeze enemies near instantly with my army for that over 200% damage boost.

Just a preface, I'm still pre-Torment, but reading this boost to Mages is...insane.

I currently have my Mage skill maxed, making Gift of Death give 128% Essence Regen PER MAGE. Again, pre-Torment, so I only have 3 when I have Gift of Death equipped. But if my math is correct and you use Hand of Naz and the Undercrown, you can have 11 Mages making the Regen...1,408%, which is MASSIVE. That's not even counting the + to Mage or + to Core skills you can get on your gear, cause boosting the Mage skill itself ALSO boosts the Regen, not JUST the number of Mages. If anyone is in Torment and able to test, please let me know, cause this sounds BUSTED.

On a side note, anyone know the best Golem? Currently using Iron with the shockwave option selected in Book of the Dead. Not sure if it's the best or not though.

Same with Mages while we're on the topic. Is Shadow Mages still the best or has Cold or Bone finally power crept? I'm currently using Cold with the Blizzard option in the Book and it's fine, I'm just not sure if it's the best option.
