My bio mom lied about why she singed me away to the state as 2 yr old.
So I grew up in foster care my entire life (17yrs).
When I was 11 my bio mother told me the reason she signed me away to the state was bc the white man made her. (My family is native american and white mixed.) As an 11 yr old I believed this because I had a different dad than my more native half siblings and she didnt sign them away.
Fast forward, I'm now around 28, my bio mom and I have re connected after I didntanave my6at age 11, 19 and 25. We have a heart to heart about life. She unloaded on my that the reason she signed her right away and gave me up to the state way so she didnt have to pay chold support. That the tribes my half siblings were registered in payed for thier child support.
I didnt go back to her place after that for a long while. Its been 2 yrs shes been exiled from me life, due to her lies and other abusive behavior.
