Canning issues

Hi all. Having continued issues with "Tram line" damage on cans. I'm not at the machine at present so don't have exact model numbers. Seamer is a ferrum three can set up. Checked all the guides, starwheel timing and position, timing on indeed looks good. At a loss for the time being. Damage gets worse the fast you run the machine

TB3 but no running

Right then.

I've bought the book, not done my cover to cover read yet but I've checked the nuts and bolts. Those that have ran either green protocol or extended bouts of op/black and op/green. How effective is solely using a static bike for zone2/LIC. I've got pretty bad plantar fasciitis in one foot and the other is worse, plantar fascosis on that one. Waiting on ultrasound guided cortisone injections in two weeks
