I want to automate group chats is it possible using official meta Cloud API or The Co existence?

currently the limitations im facing after losing the greenapi functionality due to banning

Im building a voice agent that can accommodate people from countries like israel, UAE and somewhere around those areas. im struggling to find model that sounds natural and human in those type of languages.

currently using vapi built in voice model which is the elliot since it's expressive but it's american and when changed to different language the american accent is heavily noticable and sometimes goes way off on the guardrails that it speaks gibberish

So meta verification is a bit confusing and to my fellow dev/business owners that have done the meta verification steps, if you guys can share the proper way you handle meta's confusing process on becoming a tech provider or service provider to unlock the co-existence on WABA so that i can create my own automation on my multiple waba account without paying so much for 3rd party providers. like a vps is not a problem to me
