We have a 5 hour layover in Heathrow. We will NOT be leaving the airport. It will be my wife and I along with our 18 year old daughter. We arrive in Terminal 5 and depart Terminal 3. This will be a Saturday and times are approx 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM.

Me - I just want the total payment.
CS- I need to know what you want your payment to be.
Me - no just the price.
CS - what is your monthly payment goal?
Me - $90 per month
CS - that is not realistic.
Me - you asked what I wanted. That is what I want. I answered your question, now I want to know the price.
He then shared the price and we negotiated from there. I do not need to share my budget with them.
Many years later, I can pay cash which allows me to walk away from these games.
