Donating since 1979, how to get old records

Donating since 1979, how to get old records

I've been donating since I was 17. Started with whole blood then at some point switched to platelets so I could donate more frequently. I remember the days of a needle in both arms and only having broadcast TV to distract me while donating.

I don't think any donation ever happened at a Red Cross but I could be wrong. I always donated at smaller local organizations in 5 different regions over the years, and currently live in Southwest Washington. Any tips on how I might figure out how many gallons at this point?
