In india specially in the north india mostly every family had a Kul Devi/Goddess to whom the ancestors worshipped. Like one and half years back, I met a Delhi woman who was not having any children and she was around 38 years old. So I told her to visit her Kul Devi whom neither she nor her mother had visited in decades so she along with her mother visited her Kul Devi ancestral temple of Kaila Devi at Karauli in Rajasthan and sought her blessings with devotion and within one year she got pregnant and gave birth to a healthy baby.

At the age of 19 years he had joined the defence services and at age of 59 he retired in 2021. He had no prior experience of any business as whole life he spent in job. At the age of 59 when most retire and live off govt pension, he decided that he will do business. Everybody advised him opposite. But he remained over optimistic.

He went looking for a land in the outskirts and out of his retirement fund that he recieved he gave 6 lakhs rupees to a farmer to buy his land. Turns out farmer was a big fraud and land did not belong to him. This was a big setback in the beginning of his business career. Everyone told him to leave idea of business but he didn't. He remained positive. He kept looking and found a coloniser who was starting a residential colony project. He invested 10 lakhs with him on profit sharing model. Second Corona wave came and his project didn't start itself and his 10 lakhs also lost. This retired defence person recieved another big setback. Now everyone criticised him and told him to sit at home and relax with govt pension. But he still remained positive.

He went towards highway in the outskirts and there the land of people from Gurjar community was there. Everybody feared them and told that buying land from them is not safe. But he remained positive and he did an agreement with a gurjar to buy his prime land on highway in 4.5 crores and gave all the remaining 40 lakhs rupees left of his retirement fund in advance and the remaining amount of 4.1 crores to be paid within one year. This was a huge risk. Everyone told what will happen if you are not able to sell land within one year this 40 lakhs will be forfeited and gone too . Already u lost 16 lakhs. But he remained optimistic. He immediately built roads and divided the land into residential plots and got ready to sell the plots. In the first six months he was able to sell only 3 plots worth only 90 lakhs. Only six months were left. Everybody criticised him again. But he remained optimistic and positive and would wake up at 6 am in morning and go to the land to find people to sell the plots to them.

He accomplished what looked the impossible. He sold the remaining plots as well in next six months and gained huge profit. Then he went on to buy other lands with that profit.

Within a short period he now has lot of land and constructed a big hotel all by himself. He is called as one man army in our area. Always calm always composed , never gets angry and always positive. In this period of five years from 2021 to 2026 he faced numerous frauds and evil people who took his money and did fraud with him. But he never got broken down or depressed. He moved ahead looking for new opportunities. His over positivity made him huge success all by himself.
