Sofia was simply outstanding tonight at Hoxton Hall. What a beautiful venue and she was as intimate in her performance as the space is. She was so sweet, you can really tell how much her music and the chance to perform means to her.
HUGE shoutout to Wildwood Daddy for the support set (last photo). Sofia wasn't kidding when she called her a siren. Enchanting poetry and vocals with a beautiful band, the violin in particular was enthralling. Instant fan after tonight.
Sorry for the quality as I’m no photographer, but she was SO GOOD so I had to show some love. You can tell she’s been doing this a while as she was so effortlessly cool on stage. IMO she has kinda Hayley Williams vibes. The crowd were super in to it and every time she pointed the mic at us we were LOUD.
I used to listen to her in the early-mid 2010s and saw her on the Little Machines tour, but dropped off after that. It was so good to get back in to her music, new and old. If you don’t know her then check her out!! Prodigal Daughter(https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zL_3NnA2xXs) was probably my favourite song from the show.
