Incels, what got you in this mindset?

It's a simple question, I like seeing how people think, and what thought processes led you to become 'Incel' and my question is open to everyone who wishes to answer, Red pill, Black pill and what ever else there is. If you don't wish to answer on a public forum, you can message me privately on discord, at The Analyzer.

I would like to hear everything, and anything. No matter how small you think it is.

I'm editing this to say: I will not be responding to each individual anymore, not because I do not wish to talk, but simply because I need to spend the next 2-3 days focusing on my garden so that I may plant my cold weather crops.

It seems like many of you are in a vicious cycle of self hate, loathing, toxic ideals of masculinity and femininity.

If it was true that your life is only like this because you've been dealt a bad hand, explain how it is someone like me, was able to better myself. I'm a short, fat woman, with fucked up teeth, stained and broken molars, who doesn't shave often because who gives a fuck about body hair, and chronic acne especially across my back, shoulders and chest.

I'm autistic, with chronic anxiety, severe PTSD, borderline personality disorder, a pinched nerve in my spine and insomniatic tendencies.

I've been through the foster system, was the fourth eldest child, and second eldest daughter in a family of 25 people, been a victim of SA, being used for only my body and never wanting to be seen with men out in public because they didn't want to be seen with the fat chick, found out one of my brothers was a PDF after everything I went through, (I wont lie I almost attacked him) and I have another brother who's schizophrenic and believes I'm his wife. Lost many I thought were friends and had a homophobic, antivax, Mormon mother, who called me overweight, forced me, and only me out of all my siblings in to diets that made hate myself, and I was kicked out of home for being a weed smoker, and was forced to drive 2300 miles across the states to find a safe space, homeless with my dog, and on the verge of ending myself twice.

But never once have I said life cannot get better for me, and the same goes for the rest of you. There is never a, "things can't get better, I'm fucked until the end of time."

If you keep telling yourself that, your mind can truly believe that because it's a mental issue.

Many of you say, you are ugly and short, and that's your problem. It's absolutely not, I know many people who are friends, and in fandoms as I, who would absolutely go for the craziest looking characters. For example, I know friends, and even my own significant other, absolutely adore Franco Barbi from Outlast, he's not my cup of tea, I like Chris walker or even doctor Easterman. But there are many people out there who genuinely do not give a damn about height and looks. And frankly many of you do need to see further than your own hand, if you're going to make your way out of this dark room you've put yourselves in.

You cannot help someone, who does not want help.
