Tashkurgan-Afghan

Had to add a few 8 foot poles for support the plants around 6’5” tall and she’s still pretty solidly in veg for now. I top dressed and added compost I stuck mostly to veg amendments(Neem/Kelp) though I did add in some seabird guano and dr earths flower girl to get the phosphorus ready and some oyster shell for the calcium

12/12 from seed

Honestly this has become my favorite way to grow, doing 12/12 from seed in large volume containers IMO is the easiest most fool proof way to grow.

As long as you get your ratio correct that you are setting up and amending with you shouldn’t run into many problems, get the worms in the soil and the cover crop and companion plants going and you’ve got a system you don’t have to think about. I’m a big fan of doing flowers and really anything I find enjoyable to look at with my cannabis.

If you’re so concerned with yield and growing the biggest plant this isn’t for you but I believe that is the exact opposite thing we should be striving towards in our home grows.

Tashkurgan- Clean up time

Cleaned up the bottoms and in the middle a little. They’ve done a great job though of not growing into each other. I’ve also elected not to top these since they’re afghan they’ll bush up regardless and I’d like to get them as tall as I can.
They’re really setup nicely for when they flip into flower which should be around the end of this month, this specific spot starts getting shaded by the house 2 hours earlier at the end of July which I’ve noticed flips them earlier.

Tashkurgan-Outdoor vs indoor

Weekly update on my plants just wanted to add a picture showing what they look like indoors compared to outdoor way way different. All 4 of these were from the same mother and have been virtually identical all the way through only change was when I moved the 2 outside. That’s when the 2 outdoors really took on their classic shape and extremely broad leaves. They’ve also reached chest high and will be head high by the 4th

Tashkurgan Outdoor + some indoor stuff from the last couple months

Tashkurgan has been outside a month and they’re chest high and doing fantastic

Indoor-I’m full organic/living soil and I run a mix of large and small containers though I’m transitioning over to all large soil beds. I’ve got a dedicated flower tent and a tent for making seeds(fuck the seed ban)

Tashkurgan-Afghan

Planted outside 5/31- 3 weeks and these plants have really blown up nicely. They might potentially be flipping into flower at this point these plants do have the 18hr flower trait and based on how the node stacking has changed they look like they’re starting the flip
