Most importantly, we want someone who understands how to actually grow local service businesses through SEO, not just someone who knows how to run SEO tools.

We’re looking for an experienced paid ads specialist to join our team on a long-term contractor basis.

Our immediate priority is an automotive paint protection company offering services such as Paint Protection Film (PPF), ceramic coating, window tint, vinyl wraps, and related services. Because of this, we’re specifically looking for someone who has previously run successful Google Ads campaigns for PPF, ceramic coating, window tint, detailing, vinyl wrap, or a closely related automotive service.

This is not intended to be a one-account position. We work with multiple service-based businesses and are looking for someone we can continue giving additional accounts to as we grow.

What we're looking for:

• Strong experience with Google Search Ads and local lead generation
• Previous experience advertising PPF, ceramic coating, window tint, detailing, vinyl wraps, or similar automotive services
• Proven results generating qualified leads for local service businesses
• Experience managing Meta/Facebook Ads
• Experience working with other service-based industries is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of keyword research, negative keywords, campaign structure, bidding, geographic targeting, remarketing, and optimization
• Experience with conversion tracking, including calls and website form submissions
• Ability to analyze lead quality rather than optimizing solely around platform-reported conversions
• Understanding of landing pages and conversion rate optimization
• Comfortable managing campaigns independently and providing clear reporting

I own a marketing agency that helps businesses generate high-quality inbound leads. We're looking for a full-time remote Sales Representative to take those leads, build relationships, follow up consistently, and help our clients close more business.

Your primary responsibility will be managing inbound leads, following up with prospects, answering questions, handling objections, and booking or closing jobs depending on the client.

The first client you'll be working with is a premium automotive shop specializing in services such as:

• Paint Protection Film (PPF)
• Ceramic Coatings
• Window Tint
• Paint Correction
• Vinyl Wraps
• Other premium vehicle protection services

Because of this, you must already have knowledge of the automotive detailing/protection industry. You don't need to be an installer, but you should understand the services, be comfortable talking with car enthusiasts, and know how to communicate the value of premium automotive protection. If you have experience selling these services, that's a huge plus.

As you grow with us, you'll also begin supporting clients in industries like:

• HVAC
• Roofing
• Plumbing
• Landscaping
• Other home service businesses

For these clients, strong sales skills, professionalism, and the ability to learn quickly are more important than industry expertise.

What You'll Be Doing

• Responding to inbound leads quickly
• Calling, texting, and emailing prospects
• Following up consistently until leads are closed or disqualified
• Building trust and educating prospects
• Handling objections professionally
• Scheduling appointments or closing sales, depending on the client
• Keeping our CRM updated with accurate notes
• Communicating with our internal team regarding lead status
• Becoming an expert on each client's services

Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English (this is non-negotiable)
• Previous sales experience with proven results
• Experience in the automotive detailing, PPF, ceramic coating, window tint, wrap, or related automotive industry
• Comfortable speaking on the phone throughout the day
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
• Comfortable learning multiple industries over time
• Professional, dependable, and coachable

Compensation

• $2,000 USD/month
• Full-time remote position
