My friend and I game share each others accounts. I bought Black Ops 2 and a one month psn subscription and game shared it so he could play it. He game shared his account to me so I could play online since he has psn plus. It has worked for a month until my subscription ran out. I should still have access to online services since he is game sharing with me but it does not let me online. Any reasons why this is happening?

My friend and I want to play through new characters for an entire playthrough together. How do we go about this? Additionally, do we have to do everything twice since it will be primarily in my world? Any help is greatly appreciated.
