What does Q mean in this game?

I was in a dungeon, we were at the boss, someone said "red Q", and I have to figure out what that means and type back which btw is harder and takes like 5 actions because I'm on console.

We were short a player but I didn't see a queue pop up.

I wasn't the party leader so I wouldn't be the one to set us back up.

What am I missing?

How do I check Parrot Mail on PS5?

I have "check Parrot Mail from the unknown sender" and "check Elliah's Parrot Mail" but I can't figure out how.

They aren't on the map, when I click on them it brings me to the codex, there's nothing in the codex I can click on, are they just bugged like the Screen Reader and a decent few other things?

How do I turn off the Screen Reader?!

IDK if it's different on PC but I'm on PS, just as a test I actually turned the MASTER volume off and I CAN STILL HEAR IT.

No I don't have any other PS Screen Reader turned on RN (I made sure of that, and made sure of it again), so don't say it's that.

Is the T&L Screen Reader connected to some other in-game sound IDK about?

Any way to fix?

So first off I play on PlayStation.

I used to play when the game first launched, I liked everything about it, the look, feel, classes, I just didn't like the feel of the combat, it felt like I had to press 5 or 6 buttons to do one attack. But I'm digressing, they fixed ALL those controls and those are much better.

I want to be able to play the game with the new fresh controls but the new problem is that the game keeps randomly swapping my skills around.

Is there any way to fix that? Like a way to lock my skills in place? (I've seen it in a few other games)
