Women’s Health Provider with Functional Medicine Interest?

Possibly a long shot, but can anybody recommend a women’s health provider who…

1.) Is in Saint Paul;
2.) Is at a smaller, independent clinic (rather than part of a behemoth organization);
3.) Is a woman herself;
4.) Has an interest in functional medicine;
5.) Is flexible and willing to try new things;
6.) Will talk to knowledgeable patients as equals; and
7.) Takes insurance?

I’m flexible on type of practitioner, and would consider an MD, NP, DO, etc — anybody who can both order labs & write prescriptions as needed.

(secular) St. Paul Middle and/or High Schools *NOT* using AI or app-based instruction?

Header says it all: Are there any middle schools, high schools, or combined “upper” schools anywhere in (or near) St. Paul — public, charter, or private — that _aren’t_ using AI, app-based instruction, or “personalized” learning on tablets (etc)?

Not interested in hosting a discussion of people’s opinions about AI, or whether it’s “inevitable”, or whether you think kids ‘need’ to use it; just want to know what schools in the area are doing. Thanks!

Longshot rarity-seeking

Ok, I know it’s a long shot — and I know half of everyone must be scouring the internet today — but would anyone be willing to share a recording of “Hommel West (Onward to Tasmania)”?

On the page, it reads like “Palmcorder Yajna”’s darker & less optimistic cousin, and I’d _really_ love to hear it.

The title says most of it: I’m looking for a martial arts school in (or near) St. Paul that’s woman-led — or, at the very least, gender-balanced and not “macho” / male-dominated — and that has kids’ classes.

The particular martial art doesn’t matter (although my kid has had some exposure to Judo & loved it), and I’d prefer to avoid schools with an intense competition culture. My kid (age 9) has a different physical activity that takes up most of her time; this is more of a “bonus” activity she wants to do on the side.

Does anyone have recommendations?
