Need help with Deepcool CH270 airflow

I intend to buy a DeepCool CH270, but I'm still not sure how to optimize the airflow. I'm using an air cooler instead of an AIO ID-COOLING A620 PRO SE for specifically.

At first, I planned to keep the CPU cooler fans in the standard tower case. However, this would cause the CPU cooler fans to conflict with the top exhaust fan. At the same time, they would pull in the hot air exhausted by the GPU and also pull back the hot air that had already been exhausted by the CPU cooler but was drawn back into the case by the top case fan.

I then tried reversing the CPU cooler fans. However, I realized that in this configuration, the CPU cooler fans would also end up pulling in the hot air exhausted downward by the GPU, which would then be pushed back into the case by the bottom case fan.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Need help with undervolting R5 5600

I’m not familiar with CPU undervolting.
I followed some guides on YouTube, and many of them said to set the Curve Optimizer to a negative value.
I followed the guides, but the result was that my CPU ended up running hotter, consuming more power (about 100W), and delivering higher performance. I think I accidentally overclocked my CPU instead of undervolting it.
What did I do wrong?

Should I upgrade from an RTX 3070 to an RTX 5070 or an RX 9070?

I'm upgrading from my RTX 3070, and I'm torn between the RTX 5070 and the RX 9070.

I've heard that the RX 9070 offers better gaming performance, but I also stream and use OBS, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro quite a lot.

I used to have an RX 6600, and I can't say I had a great experience with its drivers, although many people say AMD's drivers have improved significantly since then.

So, which one should I choose?

Edit:
Thanks, everyone. I ended up picking up an Inno3D rtx 5070 ti 😅😅

At first, I went to my local store so I could take a closer look at the GPUs, but I found a brand-new Inno3D RTX 5070 Ti for $800.

In my country, the rtx 5070 costs around $750, the rx 9070 is about $700, and the rx 9070 XT is around $900, so I immediately picked up the Inno3D 5070 ti.
