What to do now?

So I'm currently wondering what I should to get as much birb as possible

I have a spare rukia, but I don't know if exchanging her for some birb is worth it

And I don't have units to do a quick auto clear of the cid raid.

Any thoughts? I just evo Luffy rn so I don't have much to do (I think)
