Monarch G5 Luffy

I recently evolved my trait less g5 luffy, I have a Tengen monarch that I was planning to use a dmca ticket to give g5 luffy monarch but forgot to use it while luffy was a mythic. Is there any way that I can put monarch on my g5 luffy, can I put the monarch onto a shiny mythic luffy then shiny transfer it?

Why dont the devs or mods restore units? Like, i just got hacked and lost days of grinding, and they dont rollback my account? Why?? Whats the problem with restoring?
