Was able to snag this open box at microcenter for 3100$ (3400$ after taxes). I’ve been looking for an m5 to upgrade and future proof from my m2 air so I figured why not. It’s got 64gb of ram and 2tb of storage. It was basically brand new and I even got apple care on it. Prob do some light video editing but might dip my toes into some local llm stuff.

I was just wondering is it possible to get the dial from the m5610u on to the 5000u? They’re probably different sizes but it’s there any dials for the 5000u that looks similar at least. I want that premium feel of the 5000u but I love the colors and red circle of the m5610u. I don’t like how the 5000u looks a little muted.
