I just injected my penis!

I just did my very first Trimix injection. As of right now, it's been about 15 minutes. I quickly got pretty chubby, but that's about it so far. I intentionally started very conservatively (3-4 units), as I'm scared to death of priapism. If my dick goes no further than this today, that's okay: I'll increase the dose and try again tomorrow.

I've read 100 times in this subreddit that the injection is virtually painless, and I definitely found that to be true. Once I'd stuck myself I could barely stop chuckling over how nervous I'd been and how easy it turned out to be.

I'm generally able to get pretty good erections with Sildenafil or Tadalafil when it's just me and my wife. But we're starting to play with others (threesomes, play parties, sex clubs), and performance anxiety was killing it every time. So I decided to try Trimix while I continue to work on anxiety with my therapist. Fingers crossed!

Tamsulosin = better erections?

I'm 58yo and have dealt with ED on and off for a few decades. Currently I've reached a pretty good place with the combination of 1) 100mg Sildenafil; 2) daily kegels; and 3) total cessation of porn+deathgrip masturbation.

Last year my PCP prescribed Flomax/Tamsulosin for prostate symptoms, and I made note that my erections seem to improve around that same time - though I wasn't sure this correlation equated to causation. The drug also gave me intermittent retrograde ejaculations - which is very weird but apparently a common side-effect.

Recently I decided I wanted to ejaculate more consistently, and went off the Tamsulosin. Today I had sex after 3 days without the drug, and I had a noticeably worse erection.

Now I feel that the Tamsulosin was indeed contributing to my better erections, and I'm going to go back on it.

I've read that the drug makes it worse for some men and possibly better for others. Anyone else here have a positive experience?
